CEO Fred Clayton Participates in USC panel of Top Career Management Experts

Most of the 60 participants were on campus to celebrate their 25^th class reunion but several alumni from other classes and University administrators also joined in. For years, USC has proudly offered expert career advisory and support services to the entire “Trojan Family”, in addition to its graduating seniors.  Fred’s main advice to the group: Build a large and strong network before you need it; and, write an “aspirational” resume, one which emphasizes the knowledge, skill and ability you wish to use in your next position and does not just record of all your past experience.
