The Berkhemer Clayton Collaborative provides our client contacts and placed executives with exclusive, strategic connections toward their ongoing success.  

Over decades of doing business, Berkhemer Clayton principals and consultants have accumulated valuable knowledge and extensive corporate and civic contacts. Such “relationship capital” can be a unique and powerful resource for our clients and placed candidates who comprise the Collaborative.

For those in the Collaborative, at no cost, we offer to:

• Make strategic introductions to influential business executives, to civic leaders in our networks, and to other Collaborative members.
• Create opportunities so friends in the Collaborative can get to know one another—through small groups called PeerPoint Forums where Collaborative members can discuss issues of interest; and through occasional large group gatherings to hear notable speakers.
• Introduce “rising star” managers who are open to learning about career advancement opportunities but are currently below the experience levels required by Berkhemer Clayton for placement.
• Show our appreciation to Collaborative members for referrals to search assignments at corporations (other than their own) by contributing to their favorite charities.
